Email & supplier contacts

Choose your email provider below (Outlook / Gmail / Custom SMTP).
Enter the sender address as Username and the account password (or app password).
Keep Use TLS enabled (port 587).
Check Active and click Save Configuration.
Use Send Test to verify before sending from the OTD Dashboard.

Supplier emails: OTD looks up contacts from eBOM AdditionalSuppliers, then the Vendor Email directory (reference/VENDOR EMAIL.xlsx). Use Import & backfill below for suppliers still missing email.

Same style as eBOM SAPO emails. Placeholders are filled automatically when sending — do not remove them.
